How To Make Smoked Mackerel & Harissa Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 500g baby potatoes, boiled and halved
- 200g smoked mackerel fillets, flaked
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine harissa paste and mayonnaise to make the dressing.

Add the boiled potatoes, smoked mackerel, red onion, cucumber, and dill to the bowl. Mix gently to coat everything in the dressing.

Season with salt and pepper, according to taste.

Serve chilled and garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired.
