Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add plant-based milk to the bowl and whisk until smooth.

  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then place in the air fryer basket. Repeat until all florets are coated.

  5. Spray the florets with cooking spray, then air fry for 10 minutes.

  6. After 10 minutes, remove the air fryer basket and spray the florets again. Then, air fry for an additional 5 minutes.

  7. Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove from the air fryer and place in a bowl.

  8. Pour buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until fully coated.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
