How To Make Soy Teriyaki Stir-Fried Vegetables Recipe
A healthy and flavorful dish made with stir-fried vegetables in a soy teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add red and yellow bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, water, and cornstarch.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet. Stir until vegetables are coated in the sauce and the sauce thickens.
