How To Make Soy Marinated Grilled Tofu Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

Cut tofu into 4 equal pieces.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, agave syrup, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and green onion.

Place tofu in a shallow dish and pour marinade over it, making sure each piece is coated. Let sit in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray.

Remove tofu from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, until grill marks appear.
