Ingredients

  • 1 pound edamame
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil edamame in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, chili-garlic sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add edamame. Pour in the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through and sauce is absorbed. Serve hot.
