- 1 pound edamame
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions

Boil edamame in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, chili-garlic sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add edamame. Pour in the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through and sauce is absorbed. Serve hot.
