  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: sliced scallions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender.

  3. Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl.

  4. Pour the sauce over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and coated the Brussels sprouts.

  5. Serve hot with sliced scallions and sesame seeds, if desired.
