How To Make Vegan Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the applesauce, vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
