
How To Make Vegan Halloween Spiderweb Cake
A spooky vegan cake perfect for Halloween celebrations!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Vegan black food coloring
- Vegan white frosting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together almond milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Add black food coloring until the batter is the desired color.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely before frosting it with a spiderweb design using the vegan white frosting.
