Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add shrimp to the pan and season with salt.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until shrimp turns pink.

Remove the shrimp from the pan and set it aside.

Add chicken broth to the pan and bring it to a boil.

Add lemon juice to the broth and let it reduce by half.
