  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped


  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add shrimp to the pan and season with salt.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until shrimp turns pink.

  5. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set it aside.

  6. Add chicken broth to the pan and bring it to a boil.

  7. Add lemon juice to the broth and let it reduce by half.

  8. Remove the pan from heat and whisk in butter and parsley.

  9. Add shrimp back to the pan and stir to coat with sauce.

  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
