Ingredients

  • 1 pound of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp of parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat.

  2. Add in minced garlic and red pepper flakes.

  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add in shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.

  5. Season with salt and lemon juice.

  6. Toss with chopped parsley before serving.
