How To Make Low Carb Shrimp and Cauliflower Rice Recipe
A healthy low carb meal with shrimp and cauliflower rice.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in the cauliflower rice and red pepper flakes, and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Push the cauliflower rice aside and add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
