  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
