How To Make Low Carb Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
A spicy and healthy appetizer made with cauliflower florets cooked in an air fryer and tossed in buffalo sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

Dip cauliflower florets in beaten eggs, then coat with almond flour mixture.

Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes.

Flip cauliflower and cook for another 6 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.

Toss cauliflower in buffalo sauce mixture and sprinkle with chopped chives.
