How To Make Low Carb Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

A spicy and healthy appetizer made with cauliflower florets cooked in an air fryer and tossed in buffalo sauce.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  3. Dip cauliflower florets in beaten eggs, then coat with almond flour mixture.

  4. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes.

  5. Flip cauliflower and cook for another 6 minutes.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.

  7. Toss cauliflower in buffalo sauce mixture and sprinkle with chopped chives.
