How To Make Keto Slow Cooker Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for serving)
- Avocado, shredded cheese, and sour cream for serving (optional)
Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, breaking it up into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon. Drain any excess fat.

Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a slow cooker.

Add the drained diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to combine.

Pour in the beef broth and stir again.
