- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tsp of thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped bacon, shredded cheese, green onions
