Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder roast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mix into the pork shoulder roast.

Pour chicken broth and apple cider vinegar into a slow cooker, and add in the pork roast.
