Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder roast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  2. Rub the spice mix into the pork shoulder roast.

  3. Pour chicken broth and apple cider vinegar into a slow cooker, and add in the pork roast.

  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  5. Once done, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
