Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter or ghee, melted
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.

  2. Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour broth and melted butter/ghee over it. Sprinkle the spice mix over the chicken.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

  4. Serve with your favorite keto sides and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
