How To Make Keto Cauliflower Soup Recipe

A creamy and delicious low carb soup made with cauliflower and heavy cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

  2. Add chopped cauliflower and chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. Use an immersion blender or transfer the mixture to a blender to puree until smooth.

  4. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the pot and mix well. Heat soup over medium heat until heated through.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
