How To Make Keto Cauliflower Soup Recipe
A creamy and delicious low carb soup made with cauliflower and heavy cream.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add chopped cauliflower and chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Use an immersion blender or transfer the mixture to a blender to puree until smooth.

Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the pot and mix well. Heat soup over medium heat until heated through.
