Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  3. In a separate shallow dish, whisk the eggs.

  4. Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture, then coat in the almond flour mixture. Shake off excess.

  5. Place pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until pork chops are cooked through and crispy on the outside.

  6. Serve hot.
