How To Make Keto Air Fryer Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

In a shallow dish, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate shallow dish, whisk the eggs.

Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture, then coat in the almond flour mixture. Shake off excess.

Place pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until pork chops are cooked through and crispy on the outside.
