How To Make Keto Fish and Zucchini Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 filets of white fish (tilapia, cod, or sole)
  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Using a spiralizer, create zucchini noodles and set them aside.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Season the fish with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet, cooking until golden brown- about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Remove the fish from the skillet and place it onto a baking dish.

  6. In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add the zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked, but still slightly firm.

  7. Place the zucchini noodles onto the baking dish with the fish.

  8. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

  9. Serve with lemon wedges.
