How To Make Keto Fish and Zucchini Noodles Recipe
A healthy and delicious low-carb option for seafood lovers!

Ingredients
- 4 filets of white fish (tilapia, cod, or sole)
- 4 medium zucchinis
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F.

Using a spiralizer, create zucchini noodles and set them aside.

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the fish with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet, cooking until golden brown- about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the fish from the skillet and place it onto a baking dish.

In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add the zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked, but still slightly firm.

Place the zucchini noodles onto the baking dish with the fish.

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges.
