- 4 sea bass fillets
- ¼ cup of butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp of lemon zest
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a baking dish.
