How To Make Keto Fish and Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) skinless fish fillets
- 2 cups of riced cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Brush the fish fillets with 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat the remaining olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the riced cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
