How To Make Keto Fish and Coconut Curry Recipe
A delicious combination of tender fish and creamy coconut curry, perfect for a healthy keto meal!

Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillet, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- juice of 1 lime
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the coconut oil and sauté the onion until translucent.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the curry powder, turmeric, cumin, paprika, and salt and stir to coat the onions.

Pour in the can of coconut milk and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add the fish to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

Stir in the cilantro and lime juice and serve hot.
