Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place them in the baking dish.

  3. Steam the broccoli florets until they are slightly tender, about 5 minutes. Layer the broccoli over the chicken in the baking dish.

  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Spread this mixture over the chicken and broccoli.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
