How To Make Keto Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag, and pour marinade over chicken. Seal bag and let marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to overnight).

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and pour leftover marinade over chicken.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
