  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.

  5. Grill chicken for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
