Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add the marinated chicken strips to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add snow peas and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  5. Pour in chicken broth and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the snow peas are tender.

  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
