How To Make Chicken and Snow Peas Recipe
In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
Add the marinated chicken strips to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add snow peas and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the snow peas are tender.
Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
