How To Make Keto Air Fryer Cauliflower Recipe

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray


  1. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  3. Dip cauliflower florets in beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.

  4. Place coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  5. Spray the top of the cauliflower with cooking spray.

  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
