How To Make Keto Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe
A crispy and spicy appetizer made with cauliflower that’s perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Ranch dressing, for serving
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

Dip cauliflower florets in melted butter, then coat in almond flour mixture.

Place cauliflower in air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, until crispy.

In another bowl, mix hot sauce and a tablespoon of melted butter.

Toss cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.
