How To Make Keto Beef Fajitas Recipe
Enjoy tender beef strips with bold, Tex-Mex flavors wrapped in a low-carb tortilla.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 8 low-carb tortillas
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add steak strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove steak from pan and set aside.

Add remaining olive oil to the pan and sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic for 3-5 minutes, until tender.

Add steak back to the pan with the vegetable mix and sprinkle the spice mix evenly. Toss together.

Serve with low-carb tortillas and your choice of toppings.
