How To Make Keto Beef Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 low-carb tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add steak strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Remove steak from pan and set aside.

  5. Add remaining olive oil to the pan and sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic for 3-5 minutes, until tender.

  6. Add steak back to the pan with the vegetable mix and sprinkle the spice mix evenly. Toss together.

  7. Serve with low-carb tortillas and your choice of toppings.
