How To Make Keto Beef Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream, for serving

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and garlic, and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking up any large chunks with a spatula.

Stir in the coconut aminos, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional minute or two until the flavors are well combined.

To assemble, place one or two lettuce leaves on a plate. Spoon some beef mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf, then top with sliced tomatoes, diced cucumber, and fresh cilantro. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
