Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until tender.

  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up any clumps with a wooden spoon.

  4. Add in the riced cauliflower and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until cauliflower is tender.

  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  6. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
