Keto Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

How To Make Keto Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat up olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

  2. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet/wok. Cook until browned and cooked through (around 3-4 minutes).

  3. Remove the beef from the skillet/wok and set it aside.

  4. Add the sliced peppers, onion, garlic, ginger and a pinch of salt to the skillet/wok. Stir-fry for around 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

  5. Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and stir-fry everything together.

  6. Add the beef back into the skillet/wok. Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
