How To Make Keto Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
A savory and low-carb dish made with tender beef and crisp vegetables.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat up olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Season the beef with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet/wok. Cook until browned and cooked through (around 3-4 minutes).

Remove the beef from the skillet/wok and set it aside.

Add the sliced peppers, onion, garlic, ginger and a pinch of salt to the skillet/wok. Stir-fry for around 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and stir-fry everything together.

Add the beef back into the skillet/wok. Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
