Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced into wedges
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each avocado wedge first into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the almond flour mixture.

  4. Spray the avocado wedges with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket.

  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
