How To Make Keto Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers Recipe
Spicy and creamy jalapeno poppers coated with a crispy outer layer, perfect keto appetizer.

Ingredients
- 8 large jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup pork rinds, crushed
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.

Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.

In separate bowls, place almond flour and beaten eggs.

Dip each stuffed jalapeno in the egg mixture, then coat with almond flour.

Dip coated jalapeno in beaten egg again and roll it in pork rind crumbs.

Preheat air fryer to 370°F.

Place coated jalapenos in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
