How To Make Keto Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 mozzarella sticks
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella sticks in half and place them in the freezer for 20 minutes.

  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, dried basil, and salt.

  4. Whisk the eggs in another small bowl.

  5. Dip the mozzarella sticks in the egg, then the almond flour mixture.

  6. Place the mozzarella sticks in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
