Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and salt.

  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat in the almond flour mixture, pressing to adhere.

  5. Place chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
