Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and salt.

Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat in the almond flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
