How To Make Gluten-Free Crock Pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl.

  2. Pat the pork shoulder dry with paper towels and then rub the spice mixture all over the pork.

  3. Place the pork in the crock pot and pour in the chicken broth.

  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender enough to pull apart with a fork.

  5. Remove the pork from the crock pot and shred it with two forks.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite gluten-free sides.
