  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Using a cookie scoop, form dough into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.

  5. Press down slightly on each ball to flatten.

  6. Bake for 12 minutes.

  7. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
