  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Use a cookie scoop to form dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
