How To Make Baked Nectarines with Almonds & Marsala

Ingredients
- 4 ripe nectarines
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons Marsala wine
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the nectarines in half and remove the pits. Place the nectarine halves, cut side up, in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the sliced almonds, Marsala wine, honey, and melted butter. Spoon the mixture over each nectarine half.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the nectarines are soft and the topping is golden brown.

Serve the baked nectarines warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
