How To Make Pork & Ham Pie
Pork is one of the most commonly cooked meats in the world and we’ve decided to put our spin into these minimal yet tasty pork recipes that will have you looking forward to every bite.

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork, cubed
- 1/2 pound cooked ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the pork over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Return the pork to the skillet and add the diced ham, dried thyme, dried sage, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and flour until smooth. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir until thickened.

Transfer the pork and ham mixture to a 9-inch pie dish. Place the pie crust over the filling and crimp the edges.

Cut a few slits in the top of the crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before serving.
