This refreshing ginger ale lemonade recipe doubles as a thirst quencher and an immunity booster.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup loganberry juice
  • lemon juice, (from 4 lemons)
  • 16 oz ginger ale
  • 24 oz water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ice, as needed

To Serve:

  • 2 slices lemon
  • 1 sprig mint

Instructions

  1. Place a small piece of ice in pitcher.
  2. Mix loganberry juice, lemon juice, sugar, water and ginger ale.
  3. Allow to stand before serving.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and slices of lemon. Serve and enjoy!
