- 2 cups fresh coriander leaves
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Ice cubes (optional)

Wash the coriander leaves thoroughly and chop them roughly.

In a blender, add the coriander leaves and water. Blend until smooth.
