How To Make Instant Coffee Pancakes

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1 egg

- 2 tbsp butter, melted
