How To Make Instant Coffee Creme Brulee
Sweet, rich and satisfying dessert infused with flavorful coffee and crispy caramel layer on top.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp brown sugar for caramelizing
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until steaming.

Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar, instant coffee and vanilla extract until sugar has dissolved.

Beat egg yolks in a separate bowl and gradually pour in the coffee mixture while whisking constantly.

Divide the mixture evenly among four ramekins.

Place ramekins in a baking dish and fill it with hot water 1/2 way up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges set but the center is still wobbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Cover each ramekin with brown sugar and use a kitchen torch to caramelize the top until golden and crispy.
