How To Make Instant Coffee Brownies
A rich and chocolaty brownie with a hint of instant coffee that will give a little kick of caffeine.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and instant coffee granules.

Add vegetable oil and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until fully combined.

Pour the batter into a greased square baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the side of the dish.

Allow brownies to cool in the dish before slicing and serving.
