How To Make Gingerbread Coffee

Spruce up your caffeine in-take and skip the long lines at coffee shops. These coffee recipes are a sure-win for any caffeine lover.

  • 4 cups of brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup of molasses
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp of ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)


  1. Brew 4 cups of coffee according to your preference.

  2. In a small saucepan, combine the molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is warm and well combined.

  3. Stir the molasses mixture into the brewed coffee until fully incorporated.

  4. In another small saucepan, heat the milk until hot but not boiling.

  5. Divide the spiced coffee among 4 mugs. Pour the hot milk over the coffee.

  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
