Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 4 cups cold water

Instructions

  1. Add the coffee grounds to the French Press.

  2. Pour cold water over the coffee grounds, ensuring all grounds are evenly saturated.

  3. Gently stir the mixture to ensure proper extraction.

  4. Place the plunger on top, but do not press yet.

  5. Let the coffee steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

  6. Slowly press down the plunger to separate the grounds from the brewed coffee.

  7. Pour the cold brew into glasses or a pitcher and serve over ice.

  8. Optional: Add milk or sweetener to taste.
