How To Make Gooseberry, Elderflower & Sauvignon Sorbet

Ingredients
- 400g gooseberries
- 200ml elderflower cordial
- 200ml Sauvignon Blanc wine
- 150g sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the gooseberries, elderflower cordial, Sauvignon Blanc, sugar, and lemon juice.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the gooseberries are soft.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.

Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Once churned, transfer the sorbet to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Serve the Gooseberry, Elderflower & Sauvignon Sorbet in chilled dessert bowls or cones.
